Seth Harry, AIA, NCARB, is an architect, urban designer, and development consultant, with over 35 years of experience in planning and development, with an emphasis on retail and mixed-use development.

Early in his career, Mr. Harry worked for a large, multi-national development consortium, and was responsible for the planning and design of numerous, successful, urban infill/mixed-use developments in the US, Europe, Australia and Japan.

After founding his architecture and planning firm in 1992, he continued to provide architecture, retail and community planning and design services to both developers and other development-related consultants, as well as local and regional governmental entities and planning agencies, on many award-winning projects. An author and frequent speaker on the subject of retail and mixed-use development in urban and suburban infill/redevelopment, including most recently the book, “Transect Urbanism,” complied by Andres Duany and Brian Falk, he is currently an equity partner and design lead on a two-block infill mixed-use project in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina.
