Maggie Tyler currently serves as Resources Director for the Cole Resource Center on the campus of McLean Hospital in Belmont, Mass. Maggie is a dedicated mental health advocate and family navigator guiding families and their loved ones through the complex journey from mental illness to recovery. She provides patients and their families with resources such as legal aid, SSDI support, ongoing therapy, housing, and workforce development utilizing her expertise, her own experience and a message of hope and support.

Prior to her current mission, Maggie spent 25 years in the retail real estate field developing regional and super regional malls in New England as well as marketing and new business strategies for national retailers. She created an entry into New England for such retailers as The Body Shop, J. Crew and Restoration Hardware.

Maggie holds a B.A in English from Boston University and a Certificate in Sustainability from the Harvard University Extension School.  She maintains her Real Estate License and is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor.  She serves on the Board of Visitors and PFAC at McLean Hospital and is a founding member of the Women’s Mental Health Leadership Council at McLean. Maggie is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and is signed with Maggie Inc. Talent Agency in Boston.
